Throughout the month of June, employees were surprised by various bank leadership team members as a thank you and show of appreciation for all that our wonderful employees do to make North Shore Bank stand out.

At branches, leadership greeted employees with clappers. In addition, thoughtful notes and a treat were shared.

At corporate, employees were greeted by leadership with kazoos and band hats. They also walked the red carpet on their way into the building, then through the balloon arch onto the elevator. The fun event even inspired some employees to strike a pose!

“We wanted to surprise and delight employees coming to work and thank them for what they do,” said Sue Doyle, SVP of retail banking.
