Long-time customer Nancy dropped off a gift box for the Northland and Menasha staff this week, Northland Assistant Branch Manager Tisha O’Dell shared.

The box included an “Outstanding Customer Service” plaque as well as gift bags with honey, “Advice from a Honeybee,” and Nancy’s hand-knitted washcloths.

Nancy is a staple in our branch, stopping in at least once a week with jokes, historical facts and a smile. So sweet!
