Volunteers from Regency and Westgate kept the Racine Zoo Egg-Stravaganza hopping once again last Saturday. North Shore Bank regularly gets involved in the annual Easter-themed event.

This year, NSB employees and family members handed out candy and materials for visitors to make bunny noses and whiskers — the kids who came out for the day made around 500 of them! Volunteers from Case High School pitched in at our table, too.

Regency Branch Manager Jenny Meyer‘s husband, Walter, served as Seymour Savings for the event. He was a hit not only with his expected younger fan base, but also with a group of Harley riders who were passing through and stopped for a photo. Jenny and Westgate Teller Jessica Cranley passed out bags to visitors at the zoo entrance.

“Seymour was a big hit with the kids, and it was a beautiful day,” Jenny says. “We heard lots of wonderful things from the people who attended, who were thrilled to have such a great event to attend so close to home.”
