Eleven North Shore Bank employees graduated from our Leadership Development Program on Dec 9. We held ceremonies in both the North and South regions to congratulate and recognize them (and everybody got to have cake, too).

The participants were nominated for the program, which consisted of several days of instructor-led classes facilitated by Jan Born and Nikki Shelton-Moss. Discussion topics included leadership, handling change, valuing diversity, coaching and feedback, resolving conflict, managing time, building self-confidence and demonstrating professionalism, being a role model, integrity and ethics, decision making, and promoting a team environment.
