Thank you to everyone who provided valuable feedback during 2014, through the SOAR surveys. We have learned quite a bit about what you feel is working — and what may not be working so well — in terms of inter-departmental customer service. In an effort to continue improving our own levels of customer service to each other, we will send out these surveys again this year.
