The SOAR survey results for the Facilities Department were reviewed in December. Thank you for taking time to provide input and comments on this department’s survey. As you know, our facilities staff interacts with every department (and probably nearly every employee, at least indirectly) of the bank. The department strives to provide the best and most efficient service to our employees through purchasing of equipment; servicing and repairing equipment and facilities, and installing equipment; and processing the bank’s mail both internally and externally.
According to the survey results, 86 percent of respondents indicated that the facilities team either “always” or “usually” succeeded at our SOAR Together interactions. However, 14 percent said the facilities personnel “seldom” or “never” achieved them. That’s something the facilities team will definitely work on, as they want to ensure they are serving you with a Smile; Offering you personalized solutions; Actively listening to you; and Responding promptly and knowledgeably to your requests.
