• Employees of support departments will earn debit reward points when they refer individuals or businesses to North Shore Bank and Illinois State Bank for deposit, loan, credit card, or investment accounts.

Note that right now, the bank is running a promotion that gives up to $200 to new customers opening a checking account.* The promotion runs until May 9. This is a great opportunity to introduce people to North Shore Bank.

The “Together, Achieving More” and CEO Checking Challenge incentive programs are only for non-sales, non-branch positions up to AVP. But all employees in support positions who participate will be recognized.

To participate, simply create a prospect in R1 and submit the referral to the appropriate branch or person.

*New checking accounts can earn up to $12.50 per statement cycle for 16 months (for a total $200), starting in June.
