I am excited to announce the development of an Emergency Response Team and the acquisition of updated emergency supplies throughout the Corporate building. Installation of centralized first aid kits and AED units will be installed over the next few days.

The location of equipment is as follows:

• Lower Level: First aid kit in exercise room/former lunch room
• 1st Floor: First aid kit located in the Business Banking Reception Area closet
• 2nd Floor: First aid kit and AED unit at Reception Area closet
• 3rd Floor: First aid kit across from Presentation Room
• 4th Floor: First aid kit and AED unit in café by sink area
• 5th Floor: First aid kit in the Reception Area by closet

The Emergency Response Team will be monitoring all the above equipment and replenishing the first aid kits as necessary. This will eliminate the need for each department to order and maintain individual kits.

When using supplies from first aid kits, please notify DL- Emergency Responders Corporate with item(s) used and the kit location so that refills are supplied right away. A reminder will be posted by each kit.

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911. Corporate Office extension 1234 will dial the Emergency Response Team’s line. This line rings all members of the Emergency Response Team and notifies the reception area in case of an emergency. The call will alert trained staff to assist with lifesaving measures until the arrival of local Emergency Medical Services.
