Dan Krueger of Credit Matters speaks at the “Get Smart” seminar at Shorewood on Feb 24.

In February and March, we held four “Get Smart” seminars to educate consumers about home buying and selling. “We had great presentations that allowed our clients to learn more about their credit and things like how to properly stage a home, and when and when not to update your home when you’re looking to sell. We also discussed new mortgage regulations and the right time to get started on the mortgage process,” said Chris Boland, VP and Mortgage Lending Manager. “All in all, we were able to answer a lot of questions, and we connected a number of clients with lenders.”

Thank you to everyone who invited our customers to attend a Get Smart seminar. We succeed when we work together, and all North Shore Bank employees play an important role in introducing customers to our lending options. Chris notes that the lending environment is particularly strong right now, and his team is eager to offer their expert guidance and insight to members of the public who need it.

The seminars took place at Jackson Park on Feb 22, Brookfield Square on Feb 23, Shorewood on Feb 24, and in the Green Bay/Appleton area on March 3.
