North Shore Bank securely destroyed and recycled over 38 tons of paper during our 10th annual Free Community Shredding Day throughout our branches on May 7. Besides offering document destruction services to the public, we also connected visitors with information about identity theft and how to protect themselves and their families from it, and hosted fundraisers for local organizations.
The picture up top, of Brookfield Square employees helping visitors with their loads of paper, gives you a small idea of how busy things got. Here are some other photos from the day.
At Kenosha Main, Kenosha Festival Foods Universal Banker Kerri Hoehn, Kenosha Central Universal Banker Katie Wiskop, and Kenosha Area Manager Julie Goebel and her daughter Morgan line up in front of the shredding truck.
At Shorewood, Branch Manager Dane Didier, ABMS Heather Terpstra, Teller Audrey Elliott, and Personal Banker Cole Heinrich were ready to shred.
At Brookfield Square, VP Penny Foust (left) and Brookfield Square Teller Robyn Hatfield (right) help a visitor.
Green Bay West hosted a brat fry fundraiser to support the Green Bay Kickers, a youth soccer group. “The brat fry was a success, and we also had Plinko and a beanbag toss for the kids,” said ABMS Hali Thompson.
At Appleton Northland, Universal Banker Patt Kox (in blue NSB shirt) and VP Craig Witz got down to business.
And at Pulaski, Tellers Dan Baglien and Sally Kim and Universal Banker DeDe Krause were ready for action.
Another successful Shredding Event! I work this event every year and I can tell you people really appreciate North Shore Bank for holding this event. They are so happy they have someplace to drop off their papers and cannot thank us enough. Very rewarding experience for me to be part of it.
