Sturgeon Bay UB Monica Fedolfi retires tomorrow
160609_MonicaFedolfiThere’s always something to learn. Just ask Monica Fedolfi, Universal Banker at our Sturgeon Bay East and West branches, who remembers the first snowstorm during her employment at North Shore Bank. She received an automated call from our phone system informing her that her branch would be closed because of the weather. But she didn’t listen to the message and showed up for work anyway. “I assumed it was a sales call,” she says. Monica retires from North Shore Bank tomorrow, June 10.
