“August Nights” at Jackson Park, a free concert series throughout the month on Thursday evenings, ends tonight with Leahys Luck, playing lively Irish folk music with a distinctive world influence.

Tomorrow evening, on August 26, the next Sussex Movie Night will take place at Sussex Village Park. The movie will be Rango.

The ninth annual Tee It Up Fore Ty benefit will take place on August 27 and 28 to benefit Lillian Koschak and Make‐A‐Wish Wisconsin.

And on September 10, Mitchell Park in Brookfield will host Wagfest, a place for animals and their people to come together as a community and celebrate the bond between them. All proceeds will benefit the Elmbrook Humane Society.
