Milwaukee Capitol teller Shatiya Crosby likes to be called Tiya — because, she says, “nobody can say my real name.” She’s from Lansing, Michigan and was previously working two jobs: as a store manager at Taco Bell and as a certified nursing assistant at Luther Manor Nursing Home. Tiya says, “I like to sing gospel songs when I feel overwhelmed or irritated — semi-loud.”
