McHenry celebrated Employee Appreciation Day on March 3, with flowers, cookies, and lunch. “It really made for a nice day,” reported assistant branch manager–operations and organizer Dawn Conley. She noted, “We are together so much — sometimes more than we are with our spouses or children.”

The branch also decided that having fresh flowers every day would be “awesome.”

“Customers noticed the fresh flowers,” Dawn said, “and hopefully they passed that cheerful mood on.”
