Kudos: Sam Frank at Pulaski

Pulaski universal banker Samantha Frank has been working with a customer who hopes to purchase a home soon, helping the client budget and build credit. The customer recently sent the following email to Sam’s manager, with the subject line “Amazing employee”:

I am pleased to say I am thrilled with how much your employees seem to care. One in particular is a kind woman named Sam. She has gone above and beyond when it comes to getting me help. She calls to check on me — follow up on issues we discussed. She has helped me to understand all the benefits of my account — like taken quite a long time on a call to help me understand. I am VERY impressed. She is outstanding! Please don’t ever let her go. She is currently helping me to improve my credit to hopefully purchase a home next year! I cannot say how happy I am that I get to deal with her on my account.

Sam’s manager, Katie Presser, said: “Sam has had a very positive impact on this customer and is helping her work towards her dream!” District manager Kerri Collins added: “Sam — wow, you have certainly made an impact on this customer. Your willingness to go above and beyond to help her reach her goal to be a homeowner truly supports the mission of the bank. Thank you for your continued dedication in helping our customers.”
