Kids get ready for their race to begin.

The 14th annual Shorewood Criterium Cycling Classic took place June 22, drawing hundreds of spectators from all over the world.

North Shore Bank sponsored a kids’ race that evening, and operated a booth during the classic, where members of the public could sign up for a chance to win a bicycle gift basket. “We all had a great time,” area manager Shannon Weber reported.
