Employees celebrate major anniversaries

Several North Shore Bank employees celebrated milestone service anniversaries with the bank this month, and we have pictures of a few!

Regional VP and district manager Tricia Cravillion marked 30 years at the branch managers’ kickoff rally at Miller Park last week, with SVP Sue Doyle. Shorelines owes Tricia a longer profile to mark the occasion.

Mailroom assistant Colleen Moore enjoyed cake with colleagues in honor of her 15 years with the bank. Facilities and services manager Bob Effinger (with her above) said a few words before presenting her with a certificate. “I am a people person, so my job is a good fit for me, because I get to know a lot of people and make friends,” Colleen says. “I am grateful that North Shore Bank hired me 15 years ago, being a stay-at-home mom for eight years to five girls (two sets of twins). I have learned to go with the flow of change the last 15 years with banking and mail system changes. I can’t wait for what adventure the next 15 years bring!”

Howard-Suamico branch manager Tavie Folk got a plaque at the Miller Park event to mark her decade with the bank. “Things sure have changed in those 10 years, personally and professionally,” she says. “I started at NSB when I was 20. I was promoted before the end of that first year, and I apparently made it a habit to move up roughly every two years. It has always been relatively easy to balance my work life with my home life, which is part of the reason NSB is such an amazing company to work for. Some of my very best friends have been NSB employees! During the past 10 years, I bought a house, had a baby, built a house, and my husband went through a couple job changes/promotions as well. I’m so thankful that everything happened the way it did. And who knows what’s in store for the next decade – hopefully, some new, exciting opportunities!” District manager Kerri Collins notes Tavie’s rise from teller to branch manager and says, “Tavie aspires to give the same opportunity to her employees, as she is committed to their personal growth and development.”

And Menasha assistant branch manager–operations Jill Heule also marked 10 years. “I don’t like being the center of attention, so they kept it low-key,” she says. Kerri and branch manager Deb Cumming (above, with Jill) gave her a certificate. Kerri says: “Jill’s expertise and support have been a huge help to the North District. Every time I ask for her operational assistance, she is eager to jump in and offer her support.” Jill says, “I feel very lucky to work for a company that values every one of its employees,” Jill said. “Ten years went by very quickly!”
