Zoo Egg-Stravaganza offers color, fun despite cold temperatures

North Shore Bank helped out at the Racine Zoo Egg-Stravaganza on March 31, and Racine area manager Lisa Brooks (above at left, with Regency branch manager Mary Benz) declared the event a success.

“Employees helped kids make butterflies from paper and clothespins,” Lisa said. “It gave a bright burst of color to a gray, frigid day.” She noted that the cold temperatures did mean the event moved indoors to the monkey house, but didn’t keep people away. All three Racine branches and Kenosha Central had staff on hand to pitch in. Above are Northside assistant branch manager–sales Cathy Straka and Westgate teller Jessica Cranley.
