Melissa got three compliments this month — here’s one of them, from a customer: “[Melissa and others] did unbelievable and amazing work! They went above and beyond. I had serious fraud that was going to affect my business, and they took such great care of me. Great, great customer service! I have been here for 20 years, and now I’m staying for another 20!”
Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for October are customer care rep Dee Brown, senior customer assistance rep Carrie Feiker, and customer assistance rep Angela Trantow. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.
Angela got three Salutes last month and this compliment: “Outstanding job today with a difficult situation with your customer. You took the time to make callbacks, explain what happened, and what the customer can expect. This was a great display of outstanding service for your customer. I’m sure she appreciated all of your efforts. Thank you, Angela!”
