Metro North District SOARs high with internal customers

In November, the Metro North District* invited our internal customers to rate the level of service satisfaction they received from our employees. Metro North received 218 responses to the question “How easy was it to do business with the branch?” Survey ratings were graded on a scale of 1 to 7, with a 7 meaning “very easy to work with” and a 1 meaning “not easy to work with.”

I am proud to announce that the Metro North District scored a 6.36 overall. Brookfield Capitol received the highest score of 6.55, and Pewaukee was second at 6.54.

The survey also asked if the respondent wanted to recognize a particular person in the Metro North District, and we received 51 such employee recognitions. The branch that led the way with most name recognitions was Shorewood (10), and area manager Shannon Weber received the most recognitions (8) within the district.

The recognition comments received were stellar. All branches received positive recognitions. The majority of positive feedback centered on being helpful and friendly, exercising teamwork, and problem resolution skills. The results show a great deal of care for internal customers.

Additionally, we received 97 comments relating to the ease of doing business with the branches. We also received five comments about where branches could make improvements. These comments are being reviewed and action plans put in place.

Survey outcomes validate the amount of care each location demonstrates for internal customers. Thank you very much for completing the Metro North District survey; your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the entire Metro North District.

*Metro North district branches are: Bayshore, Brookfield Capitol, Fox Point, Grafton, Mequon, Milwaukee Capitol, MLK, Pewaukee, Shorewood, and Sussex.
