North Shore Bank employees share their resolutions for 2019

We received some nice responses to our Question of the Month. Here they are!

Mandy Crain, Assistant Branch Manager–Sales, McHenry
My New Year’s resolution this year is to say yes to more adventures. Last year I made a few drastic changes for myself, and this year I want to continue that path of growth. I want to say yes to more and spend less time watching Netflix; it’s too easy to tell people “Sorry, I’m busy” or make an excuse about living too far away, when in reality I just want to stay home bingeing the Arrowverse or some murder documentary with my boyfriend and our dog.

Anna Morrison, Senior Loan Funding Rep

My resolution is to focus more on giving my time to family, friends, and to myself in a more meaningful way. Time matters. The way we spend our time matters. I think humans often squander time, wasting opportunities to make a difference in our own and others’ lives. Time is a limited, and an unknown commodity. The choices we make about how we spend our time become more important as we realize how close the finish line really is.

Kerri Collins, District Manager

My New Year’s resolution is to practice hot yoga twice a week and continue walking or using the elliptical the other four days. Friday is my cheat day. I love it!

Cassandra James, Assistant Branch Manager–Sales, Southridge
To run a half marathon in April and finish in three hours or less!
