It’s time to nominate your colleagues for our third annual SOAR Together awards! These awards recognize employees who best demonstrate our customer promises.

Visit our SOAR Together page for all the details on the three award nomination categories, or see below. Winners each receive $500 and a SOAR Together recognition plaque. You can view the 2017 and 2018 winners using a link under “Annual Awards Overview” on the SOAR Together page.

All employees are eligible to win these awards. Can you think of someone who qualifies for one? Get started and nominate them today! The nomination period is now open and will close on March 15, 2019. After March 15, a nominating committee will review the candidates and select one winner for each award. Winners will be announced in April.

Here’s what you need to do to nominate someone: Log into Seymour Salutes. Click on the Recognition Programs link in the left menu bar, and then click Get Started to complete the nomination process.

Nomination submissions must clearly and completely describe why the nominee is deserving of this recognition. Please be sure your comments provide the committee with a full and accurate understanding of the reasons for your nomination.
