Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for February are senior mortgage servicing specialist Evelyn Vasquez and customer assistance rep Megan Wick. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.

For Evelyn: “Thank you so much for going above and beyond after you discovered a lockbox issue. Your timely reporting of the issue enabled us to initiate an investigation into the matter and to prevent any accidental delinquency reporting.”
