Here are the May winners of our Seymour Salutes awards:

Mila was praised: “I can’t thank you enough for the time and effort you put in to get such a quick response for our customer. She would have gotten even more late fees if you had not determined the root of the problems with the checks she mailed out. You definitely SOARED today. Keep up the excellent teamwork.”

And Chyloe received this compliment: “Thank you for taking time with a customer to help with mobile banking, and going above and beyond to help her with her phone. Thank you for your commitment to excellent customer service, and your willingness to share your expertise in technology with customers and the team. Keep up the great work!”
