Last week, Commercial Banking team members made their annual delivery of Wisconsin State Fair cream puffs to clients — 26 boxes containing six puffs each, to be specific.

“We know how busy our customers are, and many times they’re unable to get to the fair, so we wanted to bring a taste of it to them!” said lending sales specialist Jody Moore.

Senior vice president and commercial banking manager Margaret Capper has delivered to one client for over a decade.

“Literally every employee from that business sends a personalized thank you via email,” Margaret says, noting that one client described the cream puffs as “a little slice of heaven and a great treat on a warm Friday in summer.”
