Employees at the Northside branch held their kickoff for fiscal year 2020 earlier this month. In keeping with the “Be a Hero” theme, they donned capes to get into the proper mind-set.

“While we are motivated by our customers and doing what is right for them, we do like to know where we are as the year progresses, and we like to have a fun, creative way to track that progress,” branch manager Lisa Brooks said. To that end, they put together a chart featuring burning buildings, whose flames can be removed and replaced with little superheroes as staffers approach their goals.

The employees also shared ideas with one another about how to be heroes to their customers in the coming year. “A fun evening was had as we got excited for the next year ahead of us,” Lisa said.
