Jennifer Mantooth

New Grafton branch manager Jennifer Mantooth is a familiar face to some of you — she was a personal banker at Shorewood before leaving North Shore Bank in 2012. Now she’s back and ready to lead the Grafton team to new heights of success.

What brought you back to North Shore Bank?
It really came down to aligning more to the mission and values of North Shore Bank. I enjoyed my time at Shorewood — I felt valued. When I learned of the opening in Grafton, I decided to seize the opportunity, and I am so very glad that I did.

How would you describe your management style?
A cross between visionary and coaching. I feel that it is so beneficial to have a vision, a plan, and to include everyone on the team in that plan, so they know where we are headed and what it is going to take to get there.

What are your plans for Grafton?
My initial plans are to help in building a strong and knowledgeable team while building and strengthening our customer relationships. Community involvement and outreach are also important to me. I am currently involved with both the Cedarburg and Grafton chambers of commerce and enjoy making new connections, as well as building up the relationships that I already have.

What do you do when you’re not at work?
Socializing with friends every chance I get. My husband and I also enjoy going to concerts and traveling whenever we can.
