Here are the February winners of our Seymour Salutes awards:

Melissa got this compliment: “Great job handling a counterfeit check on Saturday. You calmed and reassured the customer’s fears and took complete ownership of the fraud, working with Security first thing Monday morning. As the customer stated: ‘Outstanding, first-class personal service. I could not ask for more.’”
And for Orlandrea: “While we know Ms. ______ was very happy with your services, who knew she would expand her relationship with us? Her words: ‘I already have an appointment set up with my local North Shore Bank on Friday. You were so amazingly kind, I decided to keep the monies where they are and invest a portion of it for my 3-year-old grandson. Life is easier and so are hard times when you are fortunate enough to deal with kind people such as yourself.’ What a great follow-up story! Much to be proud of, Orlandrea! Thank you for SOARING.”
Rising Stars
Our Rising Star for February is senior customer assistance rep Jazmine Gonzalez. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.
Jazmine received three separate notes through Seymour Salutes this month, including this one: “Congratulations on a great customer compliment from our surveys! The customer had a great experience talking with you. She had fraud on her card and needed someone to help her. She wasn’t getting anywhere with the merchant, but you put her at ease and walked her through what you could for her. She said you were knowledgeable, thanked her, and made her feel welcomed. She said you were outstanding! She thanked you for your kind service and professionalism. Way to SOAR, Jazmine! Sounds like you made a lasting impression with her.”
