Erica excels in customer service. While waiting for her, I watched her greet every customer with a friendly, genuine smile. I believe Erica is a huge and welcome asset to North Shore Bank.

I had been thinking of changing banks because I live in West Bend. Once the Germantown branch opened, I was interested. Once I found out Erica was at the branch, it was a “no-brainer.” I plan to stay with North Shore and, as in the past, recommend your bank to friends and family.

Management staff like Erica Hughes can make a big difference. It has been obvious to me that her staff respects her, which tells me a lot.
