A customer had some very nice things to say about New Berlin branch manager Sara Swosinski and put them in a message for district manager Lauri Lunde:
I asked for your email so I could compliment the teller who waited on me. I am a firm believer in complimenting extraordinary service, as well as [calling out] poor service. In this instance, I stopped at a branch I don’t normally use and had the pleasure of Ms. Sara Swosinski’s assistance. Not only was she knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly, but her interaction was truly professional and she hit all the marks I expected and more, when doing a transaction that involved four figures. I have been banking with NSB for a number of years, and this is the second teller I have favorably emailed about. It is employees like Sara who are an extreme asset to your company and interact with the public daily and are the best marketing tool a company could ask for. At the very least, please extend a complimentary pat on the back, or more, as her commitment and investment with NSB is very apparent.
