New Hires for January 14

It’s always exciting to add new members to our team. Here are some of the fresh faces at North Shore Bank.

Customer assistance rep Keambria Allen is from Milwaukee and previously worked as a receptionist at Dental Associates. She loves to travel. “The goal is to begin taking international flights after the pandemic, once things are under control completely,” Keambria says. “Last March, right when everything went on lockdown, I was scheduled to go to Thailand. I decided not to leave, but once things open back up, I do plan to try and go there again.” After that, she wants to do the Virgin Islands.

Cudahy teller supervisor Chris Larsen is from Racine and lives in Franksville. He was previously a members finance representative at Educators Credit Union. “I’m part of the volunteer group of drivers for Summerfest,” Chris says. “We get to drive the bands, crews, and managers to and from the Summerfest grounds.”

Residential processing manager Cindy Nell lives in Washington County and previously worked as mortgage / retail loan operations and loan servicing manager at Forte Bank; she worked at Penn Financial and M&I Bank before that, and has specialized in mortgage loans for over 25 years. “I spend my free time in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Florence County, Wisconsin, which borders the U.P.,” she says. Her hobbies include hiking, kayaking, ATVing, and deer hunting, as well as spending time with her grandkids. “I love being a do-it-yourselfer, which started back in the 1990s when my husband and I designed and — with the help of family and friends — built our own home ourselves.
