Seymour Salutes
Here are the February winners of our Seymour Salutes awards:

  • Debra Jones, Customer Care Representative
  • Shannon Quinn, Universal Banker, North End
  • Wendy Repka, Senior Infrastructure Specialist

Some kind words for Debra: “Thank you for taking such good care of our customers. Two customers came through Allegiance singing your praises! ‘Deborah helped me today and was outstanding. She was welcoming, comforting and knowledgeable. Her resolution was perfect and her customer care appreciated.’ Another customer had this to say: ‘Debra went above and beyond to look into my call regarding a rush check. She went as far as to manage calling me back and giving me her direct line to get down to the bottom of the rushed check that had not posted even after a week’s time. This is an example of going beyond the minimum, and with high call volumes, you know this is not easy. She’s truly an asset and I appreciated her help a lot today.'”

For Shannon: “I am grateful to you for all your efforts during the time you spent at the Germantown location, while I was out of the office. There was some great feedback regarding your professionalism and customer service skills. Wow! I also appreciate your energetic spirit, and how you inspired others around you to give their best while you were here. I want you to know that you played a key role in the branch’s success. Teamwork makes the dream work! So glad you were a part of this team.”

And for Wendy: “Wendy took the time and patience to work with me to resolve an issue I was having with a program today. Wendy was patient, understanding, and worked to resolve the issue in a very timely manner. I am sure Wendy had other issues at hand to work on, and I am extremely grateful that she took the time to resolve the issue not only for me but for my team and for North Shore Bank customers.”

Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for February are customer care rep DJ Hostettler and senior customer assistance rep Danny Slattery. DJ got this nice message: “Thank you for all your great efforts when working with customers’ questions through this channel. You have tackled Allegiance and many customers have come back to let us know how pleased they are with your communication skills. You have also shown your strong ability to multitask by handling incoming phone calls, written payoffs, and a host of other tasks! I am so pleased to have you as part of Customer Care.” And for Danny: “I’ve been a long-standing customer for many years, and I just love North Shore Bank. Danny is simply superior in his customer service. He was patient with me, very efficient, so kind, and I liked that he wasn’t robotic and let his personality shine through. I know a lot of customers tend to share when they have a poor experience, but I wanted to share that I had a GREAT experience. I hope you keep hiring and training employees like Danny.”

Congratulations to our winners! All of our winners have received Seymour Salutes points. We’re very pleased to recognize the fantastic efforts of our remarkable employees!
