The Advocate Aurora Health employee assistance program will begin hosting weekly virtual IMPACT sessions to help you recharge, stay resilient, and take care of yourself. IMPACT stands for Inspirational Meetings to Practice Actionable, Compassionate Teachings.

The 30-minute Zoom meetings will take place Tuesdays starting April 6 and run through the end of December. Meetings will spend 10 minutes on education, 10 minutes on helpful strategies, and 10 minutes on Q&A. These anonymous, confidential sessions are open to everyone at North Shore Bank.
