Our Employee Recognition Program winners for the third quarter of 2021 are Muskego universal banker Sara Speich, who won $150 in our quarterly sweepstakes, and Wauwatosa personal banker Tawanda Kelly, who won $100.

North Shore Bank employees earn a recognition point each time a customer mentions their name in a survey response, letter, or another positive comment. Each mention of your name also earns you one entry into the sweepstakes. There is also a year-end sweepstakes drawing for one of two $200 prizes — every employee who gets at least 10 recognitions throughout the year will be entered.
