Employees at Corporate and anybody who’s stopped by may have noticed a new addition to the building’s vestibule: an interactive teller machine, better known to most of us as a video teller. As with every one of our ITMs, video teller services will be available seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays.

Video tellers can assist you with most services typically handled in person at a branch, and can usually help Spanish-speaking customers as well. And of course, the ITM offers standard ATM functions too. If you haven’t worked with a video teller before, stop in the lobby at Corporate and give it a try!
