New Hires for September 16

It’s always exciting to add new members to our team. Here are some of the fresh faces at North Shore Bank.

West Allis personal banker Jessica Cullen is from Escanaba, Michigan, and worked as a general manager for Buffalo Wild Wings for eight years. She and her husband recently married in their backyard — it was a small wedding because of COVID-19, with only five people attending. Jessica gardens in her free time and has many tropical plants growing at home. “My husband would randomly come home from the store with plants he thought were unique, and then I would have to figure out how to keep them alive,” she explains. “We have a bird of paradise in our living room that is over six feet tall!”

Southwest teller Rachel Dahlke is from Milwaukee. Before joining the bank, she was a stay-at-home mom, and worked as a daycare teacher for nine years before that. She has a 10-year-old and a 3-year-old daughter and loves choosing fun colors for her hair and nails. “My favorite thing to do is relax at home with my daughters and watch Netflix,” Jessica says. “I love the show Manifest — it’s so exciting and makes you want to keep watching.”

Northland teller Char Schaible is originally from Peshtigo, but has lived in Appleton for over 20 years. Before joining North Shore Bank, she was with the Appleton YMCA for over 19 years. She likes to camp, garden, and spend time with her family, and has traveled and lived all over the world, including in New Orleans, San Diego, and Germany. “My favorite place to visit was Italy. The food, landscapes, and people were unforgettable,” she says. “But home is and will always be Wisconsin.”
