Last Friday, North Shore Bank employees kicked off Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a pink dress-down day. Employees could donate $5 to the American Cancer Society and wear jeans and a pink top.
At Corporate, eight breast cancer survivors posed together in their pink outfits.
Other folks at Corporate, including chairman and CEO Jim McKenna and receptionist Nancy Hanson, showed off their pink fashion too.
The Green Bay East team showed their support. Teller Crystal Rivera Nazario will also participate in the Making Strides of Green Bay fundraiser walk at Heritage Hill State Park on October 16.
Northland went all out for the occasion, with pink-ribbon pennants as well.
And Information Systems — joined by a famous engineer from Silicon Valley — got pink for the day too.
Bank employees raised $960 for the ACS on Wear Pink Day — many thanks to everybody who donated! And the North Shore Bank Goes Pink team will walk in Milwaukee’s Making Strides fundraiser this Saturday, October 9, at Henry Maier Festival Park. If you haven’t donated yet, there’s still time!
