A customer recently shared her feedback with the bank, rating our service “excellent” across the board. She wrote:

When I tried to use my debit card to buy something, I couldn’t, and I am glad that you guys were on top of it. I have been hacked a few times and you were on top of that too. It is one of the things I like about the bank. Thank you for taking care of my account.

The customer also noted that she has banked with us since she was 16. We’re obviously doing something right.
