Can you quiet your mind, and let yourself hear your inner guide?

Every one of us has wisdom hidden within, ready to guide us when we need it. But to feel that subtle internal influence, we must become quiet within, so that strong emotions settle down. We don’t need complete calm — only enough to allow that inner wisdom to find an opening.

Try this meditation for one minute today, or longer if you wish:

TAKE A DEEP BREATH and see if you can notice your inner guide. Don’t try hard. Just let it show up.

I make way for the infinite wisdom that resides within my heart. As I clear the inner space, the best part of my nature shines, and I move through life with intuitive grace.
