Customer assistance representative Charlotte Knight is from Milwaukee and was previously an online banking specialist for BMO Harris Bank. She is also going to school full time at Ashworth College, pursuing a degree in early childhood education. “I have twin girls and am also a twin myself!” Charlotte says, adding that she is also a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan.
