It’s always exciting to add new members to our team. Here are some of the fresh faces at North Shore Bank.

Video teller Estefani Rios is from Texas and was raised in Milwaukee. She previously worked as a remote secretary. “I enjoy hiking with my poodle on a beautiful summer day surrounded by lots of nature. It’s a beautiful escape from my busy mind,” she says. “Can’t wait for winter to end!”

Customer care representative Shantel Stovall is from Milwaukee. She has prior banking experience and most recently worked doing deliveries for Amazon. “I love watching sports in person and on television,” she says. “I used to enjoy taking part in them — until my 3-year-old son was born! Now I spend my time running around after him. Might I say it’s something I highly enjoy.”
