This year’s Corporate fundraising campaign for the United Performing Arts Fund blew away last year’s results, bringing in $8,300 to help the Milwaukee nonprofit support theater, live music, dance, and more throughout the region.
The campaign kicked off on Monday, May 15, and continued Tuesday with the second “Chalk the Walk” chalk-art contest for employees. (The first one was in 2021.) “It was a blast, and people really went all out!” commercial loan servicing manager Cheryl Lang said.
Here are a few selections from this year:
Cheryl and stalwart UPAF supporter Mike Kellman ran the griddle for Thursday morning’s traditional pancake breakfast, which featured a string trio from the Racine Symphony Orchestra. And Friday’s closing event in the 4th Floor café included cookies, coffee, and a guitarist from the Milwaukee Jazz Institute.
These turned out amazing!
