MAKING THE NEWS

Tisha Kenfield pens article for Wisconsin Bankers Association

Tisha Kenfield, Appleton-Northland Assistant Branch manager, was asked by the Wisconsin Bankers Association to submit a story for their newsletter.

Tisha’s article details her history and growth in her role, as well as how North Shore Bank helped her build a career in the banking industry. Read an excerpt from Tisha’s story below:

Through all of those opportunities the consistent driver was a manager and colleagues who believed in me and pushed me to take steps that I may not have considered myself ready for, but they knew I could handle. I will forever be grateful for entering the world of banking with a company that emphasized growth and provides opportunities for both internal learning as well as encourages continued education and networking externally. Without those factors I would not be where I am today or have the confidence and drive to continue to grow in my career in the banking industry.

Molly Schissler, SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, says, “We’re very proud of the work Tisha has done!”

AROUND THE BANK

Holiday kindness around the bank

We’re excited to look towards the new year, but we also want to shout out all the fun and kind things that happened around the bank last month during the holiday season!

Check out some of the appearances and activities that closed out 2023 at North Shore Bank below:

The Green Bay West branch partnered with a Fox Valley school and their “Jolly Jets” program, which aimed to get a list of needs (and some wants!) from families of some of their students. Over the course of about two and a half weeks, branch employees and customers took tags off of the tree and fulfilled all of the items on this family’s wish list, which gave a local family a wonderful Christmas!

Presents loaded into the car!

The Pulaski branch partnered with the Community Pantry of Pulaski to help gather holiday items for local families in need. Throughout the month of December, community members could stop by the branch to donate toys and other items the pantry was in need of. The box was filled up with the help of our generous customers, community members, and branch employees!

Mark Heck, Pulaski Area Community Education Director (PACE), picked up the items just in time to deliver for the holidays.

Santa visited the Ashwaubenon Branch and helped customers on the line!

The Cudahy team decorated Christmas stockings for some holiday fun. They then hung them up for customers to enjoy!
