North Shore Bank is once again supporting Candy Cane Lane and will kick off the annual holiday lights display by hosting North Shore Bank Night on Friday, Nov. 29, from 6 to 10 p.m. The event runs from Nov. 29 through Dec. 25 at varying times. Check the Candy Cane Lane Calendar for times and additional information.
Candy Cane Lane is located in West Allis, from Montana Avenue on the north to Oklahoma Avenue on the south and from 96th Street on the west to 92nd Street on the east.
While viewing the sights and sounds is free, Candy Cane Lane is a fundraiser for the Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer (MACC Fund). We will be collecting donations that evening, and donations will be accepted throughout the run. The collection location is on 95th Street between Manitoba Street and Oklahoma Avenue.
Additionally, we invite you to bring in your loose change to any North Shore Bank office for free coin counting and donate all or a portion of it to the bank’s annual “Change for Cure” donation drive from Nov. 29 to Dec. 24. 01344 The bank is matching donations made up to $1,000!
Last year, Candy Cane Lane raised $194,000 for the MACC Fund, and it’s raised more than $3 million since its inception! If you can’t attend but would still like to donate, please visit Candy Cane Lane’s website for the donation link.
We wish you a joy-filled holiday season!
