Margie Brusa, AVP, District Operations Manager, is the winner of the Q4 bonus for referring new employees. Margie has been with North Shore Bank since Maritime Savings Bank, her employer since 2007, was acquired.  

When Margie talks to others about the benefits of working at North Shore Bank, she emphasizes the many growth opportunities. She is also proud of the bank’s products and services and the personal service North Shore Bank is known for. 

Margie calls her current position “a great fit” and is pleased with the low turnover in her department in the last six years. “My coworkers are all professional, independent, and self-driven. I enjoy working with this group as we share ideas and work very well together,” she said.
