Together, our Pulaski branch and insurance organization Catholic Financial Life Chapter 299 donated more than 150 items to the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s cardiac intensive care unit. The donated goods included quilts, fleece blankets and hats made by North Shore Bank staff in Pulaski, plus headbands and miscellaneous toiletries.
Customer Bonnie Drzwiecki, who works at Catholic Financial Life, has a granddaughter in the CICU and made branch employees aware of the need for donations in February. Everything given by bank staff was either handmade by the employees — in mere weeks — or purchased by them; nothing was collected from customers.
Wow! You ladies are amazing! Great job.
A great story about a great team effort by your branch!! A wonderful contribution by your branch to meet a community need. You should all be very proud of your accomplishment to help out the children.
I just want to add that I am so proud of the talents this staff has!! Katie made balls of yarn into adorable hats of all sizes, Karen sewed scraps of material into the most beautiful quilts I have ever seen and April took the time to learn a new craft and tied the cutest fleece material into blankets. A lot of time and material (pardon the pun) was dedicated to this effort and I greatly appreciate it!!
Mistine and team, your efforts are outstanding. This heartfelt project truly demonstrates the care and concern you have for your customers and the greater Pulaski community.
A big thank you to all of the Pulaski Staff, your continued heartfelt efforts in your community are outstanding!! Thank you…
