A crowd showed up for the Junior Woman's Club hanging basket sale at our New Berlin branch.

The New Berlin Junior Woman’s Club held a hanging basket sale at our New Berlin branch on May 12. They sold the plants to raise money for the splash pad in the town’s Malone Park.

The $2,300 raised at the sale will fund the splash pad at Malone Park.

People were lined up to buy the plants before the bank opened, said PB Jenny Drechsler. The club brought 200 plants and sold all of them, and had to order 60 more to meet the demand. The club reports that the sale raised $2,300 for the splash pad.
