Congratulations to all of us! The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has named North Shore Bank one of the Top Workplaces in Southeast Wisconsin for 2012.

Of the 195 companies that participated in the Top Workplaces program, 118 were selected for awards. We are a winner in the Midsize Employer category, for companies with 150 to 499 employees.

What makes this honor truly special is that the awards are given based on feedback from employees — it was you who told the world what a great place to work this is, in the survey you completed a few months ago. (Another note: We had an 87 percent response rate to the survey — the highest of any of the companies who participated this year. Way to go, and thank you!)
