Congrats to all who participated. What a great way to make us all aware of our health. Thank you, Lynn, for organizing this wonderful event.
A hand me down exercise bike and watching Donald on Dancing with the Stars was a key factor to my success! Not sure if this will work for everyone but like Jay said, it’s a lifestyle change and I needed to make a change and make exercising an important part of my day. Congrats to Jay and everyone else that participated and a big thank you to Lynn for putting this together. The program really helped reinforce living a healthy lifestyle into my daily routine.
Congratulations, everyone. That’s some real determination! Best of luck to you all in maintaining your new, healthier lifestyles.
