Stretch your legs and track customer names

Two tips today for a better day at work. First, one from Menasha CSR Desiree Gargo:

When there aren’t any customers in the branch I like to do stretches or leg lifts. Helps me from feeling as much back strain from looking down at computer, also helps keep me fit and alert for the next customer.

And from Muskego CSR Sara Speich:

At Muskego, we keep tally marks of who can remember the most customer names within one day. Whoever has the most customer names at the end of the day gets either a little prize or bragging rights. Plus, it is a fun way to give great customer service!
